Millefiori Glass Consists Of Two Italian Words: ‘Mille’ Meaning one thousand and ‘Fiori’ meaning flower.  The glassware is made by hand on Murano Island in Venice, Italy using specific ancient techniques and Recipes that have been passed from generation to generation of Murano Master-glassmakers.

Decorative unique patterns produced by heating and fusing a bundle of thin glass rods of various colors.  The bundles are pulled thin.

After cooling they are sliced sectionally to produce small disks with flowerlike designs. These disks are fused by reheating and applied to hot or blown glass to produce magnificent colorful Jewelry.
